Villa Mo is a 2 bedroom / 3 bed modern Villa with a private pool nestled amongst a patch of beautiful Goan Paddy fields.

Located within a condominium surrounded by forests, very quiet and peaceful, and about a 25-minute drive from some of the best beaches and restaurants in North Goa.

Large sliding doors open up to give the living room an open-air feel and a cozy vista-view lounge. Enjoy the tropical feel from the living room and stunning views of the paddy fields from the private terrace.

Things to know

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. You may smoke outside in the garden, or on the terrace or balcony provided. If we find evidence of smoking inside the rooms or bathrooms at the time of check out, you will be subject to a fine of INR 10,000. We have a zero-tolerance policy on using any drugs or contraband within the premises.
You will be asked to provide an ID with the address of each guest checking in to comply with local regulations after booking and also while checking in at the complex entrance. You may only invite unregistered guests with prior intimation and ID. For non-Indian guests, a valid Visa and Passport are mandatory, along with an address.
Make sure you take all your belongings at checkout time. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
Absolutely No loud music and parties or get-togethers. This villa is in a peaceful residential complex, and guests are expected to respect the neighbour's.
If you notice any amenities or equipment not working or anything that needs to be fixed, please inform us as soon as possible using your stay portal or via Whatsapp. We will try to get it resolved immediately.
Linen and towels are changed every third day of your stay. If there are any exceptional situations which require change, let us know and we shall do the change if possible. Please do not use the bath and face towels on the floor or for cleaning any other surfaces.
Please only use proper swimwear in the pool and don't use glass bottles or glasses near the pool - this is for your own safety.
Any violation of the above rules can result in the termination of the existing reservation with no refund.
This home has been put together with a lot of care and love. Please treat it with the same respect you'd want someone to treat your own home and leave it in the same condition that you found it.
